Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components
An upgrade item is an item that makes certain Pokemon develop. The upgrade can be obtained by spinning a photo disc. It's often given as a prize during Pokemon GO events.
The Upgrade can also be found in armor, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools to increase the level of their item. The upgrade costs Flightstones and crests, dependent on the type of item.
Upgrade components

Upgrade components can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to offer bonus effects or attributes while the equipment is being utilized. The item being upgraded must have an upgrade slot to accommodate the component, and the majority of upgrade components require the item to be upgraded to be above a certain level. Certain upgrade items come with special visual effects that are visible when they are used. Upgrade components can be acquired by crafting, purchased from karma merchants or traded with other players on the Trading Post, used to repair equipment, or acquired as rewards in games.
A variety of upgrade components are available, each of which offers an individual bonus. Universal upgrades such as gems and inscriptions can be applied to any type of equipment. They provide smaller bonuses than other types of upgrade component. Infusions can be used on non-amulet or legendary ascended items, while enrichments can be utilized on certain ascended back equipment. The majority of upgrade components can be replaced if they are slotted into an item, however doing so can destroy the previous upgrade. There are exceptions for glyphs (which can only be used in gathering tools) and Enchantments, which can be removed and put back in.
Insignias and enchantments will show their names on the item's hover display, while upgrades that have a suffix or prefix will add their name to the end of the name of the equipment (e.g. for example, a Radiant Insignia on Tyrian Armor would change the name to Radiant Tyrian Armor). The number of upgrade components that have been added to an item will be displayed in the item's tooltip.
Glyphs
Glyphs can be used to add functional and decorative elements to an OpenType font. They include ligatures, fractions or ornaments, as well registered trademark symbols, ellipses and swashes as well as swashes. The Glyphs Panel lets you insert and examine these special characters, along with common symbols like em and en dashes, as well as registered trademark symbols.
Each Glyph gives a character a boost in primary stats. item upgrades comes with up to four secondary stats that affect the glyph's radius on your Paragon Board. Secondary Stats are a percentage increase which is multiplied once other bonuses are applied in addition to Speed Glyphs which directly increase the speed of the hero.
Selecting the Glyphs and then clicking "enchant" will activate them. This will open a new window showing the Glyphs you have available that can be applied to the selected item. You only need to apply the appropriate Glyph to the item you are looking for. Each weapon, jewelry, or armor piece comes with a distinct collection of Glyphs.
You can level up Glyphs by finishing Tree of Whisper Quests or Nightmare Dungeons. The more challenging the dungeon, the greater the amount of Glyph experience you'll gain. Once a Glyph has reached level 15, it can be upgraded on the Glyph Upgrade Altar. The radius of the Paragon Board increases by one node each 15 levels that a Glyph is upgraded.
Once a Glyph has reached the desired level, you can activate it. Select item upgrading and click the "enchant button". The Glyph you create will provide its stated benefit, and will also increase the number of nodes within its area on the Paragon Board. It's important to place Glyphs where they will be most beneficial to your build, and that is why it's beneficial to prioritize Magic Glyphs early on. Rare glyphs could also provide double bonus when certain conditions are met.
If you're having trouble finding a particular glyph, click the cycle widget on the Glyphs panel to show the panel in a variety of different views. Each view displays the Glyphs using a different font. You can narrow down the list of glyphs you want to see by selecting an option beneath "Entire Font". For example, punctuation is only displayed in punctuation glyphs. Math Symbols limit the selection to mathematical symbols.
Rerolling
Rerolling is a method in which you create a brand new account to give yourself more opportunities to access an item or character you are interested in. This is done to increase your level faster, or to get more loot, such as a new weapon for your character. Many players reroll until they get the characters that they like regardless of their strength. This can be because they like the character's design or personality.
It is important to make a clean change when you restart. This means you should check locally that the patch passes the pre-commit checks, and you should also conduct a core development check. It is also recommended to upload the patch to an issue using plain diff (see What about an interdiff? ).
Rerolls may take a few days or weeks, depending on how lucky you are. To speed up the process be sure to avoid the enemy camps which are not mandatory during this time. You should also avoid re-doing quests which can be completed later in the game. This can save you time and energy.
When rerolling, it's important to be aware of the upgrade system. There are a variety of ways to enhance your character's appearance and strength. This includes upgrading your weapons, rerolling your characters and buying upgrades. In addition, it is crucial to be aware of the limitations of the upgrade system.
Rerolling isn't an absolute requirement however it can be an effective way to increase the chances of acquiring an item or character. You can use it to determine which character is the best or to experiment with different styles of play and builds.
Sets
A set is an object collection with two common attributes (like the number of eggs in a dozen, or the members of a group). Sets can be used for operations such as union, intersection and difference.
Upgrades can make a set better than before. For weapons and armor, this means it gains a higher base defense value, less strength requirements and a lower requirement for level.
Upgrades can bring well-known items from single sets to the same level as those in higher-end sets. For example upgrading Guillaume's Face helm to an Elite Spired Helm boosts the defense from 217 to 321 while reducing the strength requirement and level requirement to a lower range.
However, it's important to note that not all set items are good candidates for upgrading. Some sets, like the FB Sorc Whistan's Shield, a spec's item or Naj's Puzzler staff are already Exceptional and Elite in their own right and do not require upgrading. On the other hand, some items that are BiS and see frequent use (like Goldwrap) may benefit from being upgraded to increase their performance. For such products, it might be worth the extra cost to upgrade them.
